This conference present a web software for the diagnosis of accessible city for disabled people The purpose of the tool is to provide a clear answer to this question : What are the most urgent work to make a city more accessible to deaf, blind, wheelchair users or those with cognitive difficulties ? The purpose of this presentation is : how to develop Web 2.0 technologies to semantic web and information design technologies for maximize collective intelligence ?
